Children's Book Writers of Los Angeles

The Children’s Book Writers of Los Angeles (CBW-LA) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization founded in 2010.
Our goal is to provide education and inspiration for published writers and writers  on the road to publication. We also provide a venue for the sharing of knowledge and information between writers, members of the publishing industry, educators, libraries, and other members of the Los Angeles community who wish to be involved in promoting children’s literature and literacy for children.
CBW-LA provides different programs to help aspiring authors and novice writers achieve their writing goals. This includes mini- writing classes, various workshops, creative writing sessions and critique sessions.
