Chaparral MusicFest brings in stellar musicians from Arizona and across the country to mix it up with the great number of dynamite musicians in Prescott. Add exceptional audience care, and you have a recipe for a unique series of concerts and educational experiences that will delight and benefit the entire community!
Chaparral MusicFest presents three concerts and a Community Drum Circle free to the community each year in June. Other annual events include Suzuki Academy, Youth Choral Workshop, Adult Choral Workshop, Percussion Workshop, Composition Workshop and Chamber Music Workshop, all in June; the unique New Music Arizona Concert in September; and the renowned Holiday Sing-a-Long in December. Founded in 2007 by Prescott residents Henry and Maria Flurry, Chaparral MusicFest is a 501(c) 3 organization and welcomes financial contributions as well as volunteers.
