Civic Grind is a social enterprise dedicated to helping black owned companies grow. We believe that the challenges our communities face (like high unemployment, high crime, and high incarceration rates and other social ills) will be best overcome as the capacity and effectiveness of these organizations increases.
We partner with entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders who work in underserved communities, training, educating and equipping them with cost-effective tools and techniques that will increase their profit and productivity.
We stress the importance of building strategic alliances. With traditional funding sources decreasing, a network of strategic partnerships is essential for the small business/non-profit leader..now more than ever.
