Comaskey Group Spain is one of the leaders in the Costa Blanca area for "ales and professional advice". Our first real estate office was opened in La Zenia in 2002, that is why we have acquiered a long and very helpful experience and we are ready to help our clients in different matters.

- COMASKEY PROPERTY offers the possibility to sell / buy your property in Costa Blanca (La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Villamartin, Los Dolses, La Regia, La Florida, La Ciñuelica etc). We focus our activity in the Orihuela Costa. That is why our qualified sales team will be able to answer all your questions regarding this area.
We offer following services: Off-plan properties, new developments, properties in Golf Courses, resales, bank repossessions, key holding, viewing trips, key-in-hand, mortgages and after-sales.
- COMASKEY PROPERTY also has a long term rental department. Ous staff studies thoroughly the applicants and if they qualify, then a rental contract will be signed on our clients' behalf.
- SPANISH SOLUTIONS (www.spanishsolutions.net) offers legal advice through our well-known lawyer Pedro Molina. He covers all the legal matters our compny may need: Litigation, Inheritance, Civil Law, Trademarks and Patents, Penal Law, Fiscal Law, Family Law, Tenant problems, Employment Law, Damages, Criminal Law and Property Litigation.
- SPANISH SOLUTIONS offers a wide range of services for those clients moving to Spain, buying a property in Spain or living here. We offer the following services:
NIE, Residencia & Padron, Health Card, Accountancy, Setting up a business in Spain, Legal Advice/solicitor, We explain you your utility bills/invoices, Insurances, Conveyance, Translation Services, Buying, selling and driving cars in Spain, Power of Attorney & Certified tru copies, Wills in Spain.
Our clients will be delighted to see that we can help then in any matter, we will be able to answer all their questions and even give them good advices how to save money and time when buying / selling a property in Spain and transferring the Money back to their country or from their country to Spain.
We speak 8 different languages: English, French, Belgian, Bulgarian, Spanish, Italian, German and Russian and have direct contact with experience translator in case we need them. We even have a sworn translator (English and Spanish) within our staff.
