Running Club
Train to run! Your training program includes weekly training programs, tthree times a week group training run led by your coach (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), weekly group coordination to find people to do your other program runs with, running technique clinics and a team shirt. We customize your running plan to fit your goals, whether they be to run a 5K, a Full Marathon or anything in between. Don't want to race? No Problem. We'll create a plan to improve your running endurance, speed and techinique. We'll help you reach your running goals, whatever they are. You may join in at any time.

Nutrition
ndividual Consultations
A personalized action plan (including a meal plan and exercise guidelines) based on a computerized analysis of your three-day food record and your needs and goals. Practical tips on dining out, eating on the run, grocery shopping practices, and healthy cooking are emphasized. Consultations may be in person or by phone. Nutritional consultation sessions are available as needed, for approximately thirty minutes per session. Communication with the nutritionist is unlimited through e-mail. During consultation sessions, the following services would be provided:
