Directed by YCF Diving Head Coach and former Olympian Mark Ruiz, the sports camps are coached by Mark Ruiz and guest coaches including 15 time national champion Bryan Gillooly.

By limiting the camp to a small number of divers, Coach Ruiz offers springboard and platform divers a world class training experience and a lot of fun including an afternoon at nearby Wet ‘n’ Wild water park. Our intensive dive sessions provide for coaching in fundamentals and advanced techniques on boards and platforms from 1 to 10 meter. Frequent rotations during sessions will ensure that each diver gets plenty of time on all boards and with all coaches.
