The newly formed DX3 Pictures was created to produce quality films that will have a positive impact on audiences worldwide. DX3 Pictures premiere feature film, Severe Visibility, a psychological political thriller regarding the events at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 was released in 2007 and is doing extremely well both critically and in worldwide sales. Severe Visibility was nominated Best North American Film at the Kula Lumpur International Film Festival in 2007.

Paul Cross, the principal in DX3 Pictures has previously produced four other films under different production banners. Ice Pawn, which stars Paul Cross and Dan Haggerty, was produced by St. Cloud Pictures and released worldwide in 1992 and had its world première at the Cannes Film Festival. West End Story, a musical theatre feature-length documentary produced under PM Films in 2000, stars Petula Clark, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lucie Arnaz, Jerry Herman, Oliver Tobias, Barbara Dickson, Jerome Pradon, Ruthie Henshall, and many others.  West End Story won Best First Film, Thunderbird International Film Festival, 2002, and Best Music Documentary, New York International Independent Film & Video Festival, 2002 and was an Official Selection at the Atlantic City Film Festival, Big Bear Lake International Film Festival and Salt Lake City Film Festival. Follow the Leader, produced in 2001 again under the banner of PM Films, stars President George W. Bush, Wolf Blitzer, The Secret Service, Marlin Fitzwater, Ron Nessen, Senator Orrin Hatch, Senator Jim Bunning, Rex Scouten, Eleanor Clift, Letitia Baldrige, and others. Follow the Leader won Best Documentary at the Atlantic City Film Festival 2002 and was Official Selection in the Big Bear Lake International Film Festival, Salt Lake City Film Festival, Thunderbird International Film Festival, and the New York International Independent Film Festival. The Hollywood Reporter hailed Follow the Leader as ‘an important film.’  

In 2008 DX3 Pictures produced a documentary shot on location in the Philippines with the former president of the Philippines Joseph Estrada and former First Lady Imelda Marcos. The film is waiting completion and release.

DX3 Pictures next project is the feature film, Cardinal Sins, with a screenplay by Paul Cross is currently in development is scheduled to begin pre-production in 2012 and to be shot on location in Rome and other European cities.  The cast will be comprised from a list of stellar international actors from countries around the world. At this time a director, production team and co-producing entities are being established.

And the drama, Privately Owned which tells a story of US mercenaries and white slavery with a  backdrop of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Like Cardinal Sins, Privately Owned is written by Paul Cross and will have a stellar international cast from different parts of the world.
