About

Joe Brown is running to be the U.S. Congressman for Missouri's 7th District. This includes Bolivar, Springfield, Joplin, and Branson, Missouri.

I plan to get to work:

- I am ready to restore the United States to its greatness.

- I believe we can educate our people, improve our workforce, and restore America's competitiveness in the global economy.

I plan to get right to work as your U.S. Congressman:

I want to work with you and for you as your U.S. Congressman. We are in it together as Americans, and our democracy will only work when citizens and representatives partner together. Let’s get to work. We have a lot of work to do to get America back on a good track for today and the future, both domestically and internationally. To be most effective, I plan to prioritize my work, putting the most important tasks first. These tasks are tasks that you tell me Missouri and America needs to build for today and the future. These are tasks that will help make Missouri and America the best it can be. I can assure you, my first bill will not be to make a day of recognition for my prior career, like my opponent, Rep. Billy Long (R). There is way too much to get accomplished to be wasting time and money.

Our initial priorities are to the point because they are issues that Missourians have told me that are important: Fix the economy, fix government spending, and transform the people of Southwest Missouri and the United States into a globally competitive, skilled workforce.
