We are a locally-based specialist solicitors’ practice, who have been established for over 10 years and have been a fixture on the Heaton Mersey high street for the last three years. We are dedicated to pursuing claims for the injured claimant, in accident and disease claims.

Headed by Principal Alex Speed, who has 25-years experience as a legal executive and solicitor, we are a friendly and local firm with every member of staff coming from the locality to provide that knowledge unique to the problems and people of the area.

We are also a versatile but compact firm and so your cases are more personal to us than might be the case at far bigger practices concentrating on huge numbers of clients. We are true specialists in the accident at work arena.

We do not work for insurance companies. We work for genuine persons that have been injured through no fault of their own and we also have a dedicated department for conveyancing.

We operate on a NO WIN, NO FEE basis for accident and disease claims and do not charge you if you win or lose. We also offer a contingency fee service (where we deduct a small percentage from your winnings) for PPI claims. We will insure your case in the event of a loss to protect you from having to pay your opponents costs should your claim be unsuccessful.

We do not operate like a Claims Management company (similar to the now defunct Accident Group) nor will we sell your claim onto the highest bidder. They add NO VALUE to your claim. We will handle your claim from the beginning to end ourselves and provide you with the personal service which your claim deserves.
