Global 2000 (2010) International is a Texas based 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, a 509(a) 2 public charity and a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and the Department of Public Information. It also has representatives appointed to the five regional economic commissions of ECOSOC, and is a member of the World Association of Non-Governmental Organizations (WANGO).
