My name is Ken A. Powell and my website will teach you how to react in panic and stressful situations in life.

This is important because I believe panic and anxiety sufferers are stuck in a vicious loop that keeps them spiraling in deep worry and negativity.

Anxiety and panic can affect a large part of your daily functions and lifestyle.

When a sufferer does not seek help and circumvent the spiral, the sufferer goes through much more pain and despair, which will lead to further complications such as depression and functional diseases in the body.

My goal is to help a sufferer literally stop and kill the vicious cycle of thought and allow their minds to tune into calmness and serenity. Their daily functions will more or less return to normal, and they will be able to live life fearlessly in spite of any stresses that may come in the future.

To get started, here is what is needed:

Step 1: Write down what is driving the anxiety or panic (eg. What situations causes the panic attack or anxiety)

Step 2: Create a list of tangible safety precautions/measures you would carry out if the terrible situation were to take place.

Step 3: Carry these items with you wherever you go.

Step 4: Understand in your mind that this is a cycle that you are currently stuck in. You must know and deeply believe that you are not bound to this cycle for your whole life, and you can break free from the chains of worry and despair if you believe it and work on the exercises that are to come.
