(stock trading symbol "GGII) is a public company structured as a "green" holding company.  GGII is the majority owner of Green Globe, Ltd., a British company that owns the Green Globe brand, the premier international brand for sustainability and climate action.  Included in Green Globe branded programs are independent certification of sustainable travel, tourism and related green businesses; energy efficiency initiatives; community based green business programs; and others. GGII's core focus is to expand the commercial use the Green Globe brand and to continually develop new acquisition and investment opportunities for the holding company to build shareholder value.
