Everyone has a unique personality style which determines how they interact with others.  Understanding your personality type can help you develop good customer relationships and create strategies to achieve your sales goals.  

During this workshop you complete the Uniquely You® DISC Questionnaire and identify your sales style.

Every one responds to situations according to his or her personality. As a result of this workshop, you will understand your unique DISC personality style, recognize and understand your customer's personality styles and learn how to adapt your sales style to your customer's buying style.  

In addition we will overview:

Selling Behaviors: Sales people tend to sell according to their personalities, rather than adapt to the other person's type.

Buying Behaviors: Customers purchase according to their personalities. Prospecting: Finding new customers can be difficult. Understanding personality type can make you more effective.

Handling Objections: Each personality will respond predictably under pressure. Sales people need to know how to deal with objections according to personality type.

Closing Techniques:  Effective sales people understand customer's buying signals.

An overview of the Uniquely You® DISC Model of Human Behavior will enable you to gain insight on how to improve your sales effectiveness.
