About

At the Hastings, the Fylde Coasts No. 1 Eating and Drinking House, there is something for everyone and every occasion.

From the competitively priced Light Bites, available throughout the day in the bar, through to the main split level restaurant with its seasonal, locally sourced menu.

Whichever dining opportunity you choose, you can rest assured that your food will have been prepared by one of the North-West’s top award-winning chefs – Warrick Dodd’s and his team, who have recently won, for the Hastings, accreditation in the 2010 Michelin Guide.

Is it any wonder that many diners now consider the Hastings the Fylde’s No. 1 Eating and Drinking establishment.

In the Hastings’ main, two floor restaurant the locally sourced and often artisan supplied ingredients perfectly reflect the excellence of produce that is available on and around the Fylde coast.  The stylish and relaxed environment boasts contemporary artwork of our area and makes for a fantastically informal ambiance in which to enjoy the area’s finest food.

For those looking for a more informal bite to eat, whether in a hurry or wanting to relax with a pie and pint and the latest newspaper, Warrick has devised a Light Bites menu with you in mind.

It features smaller portions of some of his classic dishes such as fish and chips or Hastings ale pie and these can be enjoyed at one of the relaxed bar-side tables throughout the day.

Located on Hastings Place, the Hastings opened its doors in October 2009 and is the restaurant Lytham always wanted.

Award-winning chef Warrick Dodds and his team deliver the perfect mix of value and quality in an atmosphere that brings together creative flair and mellow tradition.

Warrick, formerly head chef in Nigel Haworth's Michelin-starred kitchen at Northcote Manor, has orchestrated the innovation of a fresh dining and drinking experience for every palate and every pocket.

The former American Express Young Chef of the Year brings a world-class career pedigree to Hastings, including positions as chef de partie at Michelin-starred Heathcotes in Longridge and senior chef de partie at three-Michelin-starred Chez Nico on London's Park Lane.

Together with a high-calibre service team, Warrick is determined to ensure that Hastings will not be beaten for quality and price anywhere on the Fylde.
