Honest Barre’s teacher training is among the first comprehensive programs in its approach to barre fitness. Honest Barre realizes it takes a dedication and investment to grow, learn, and improve, and offers ongoing support and continuing education modules for Honest Barre instructors worldwide.
After completing Honest Barre teacher training, each teacher will have a working knowledge of dance terminology, be able to effectively set up and choreograph a class, time each movement sequence to music, incorporate a working knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, offer correct modifications and progressions of barre positions, and continue to add variation in each class.
