HREF Tools Corp. is a leading developer of  software for internet-based entrepreneurs. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, HREF Tools has consistently offered cost-effective, native-code solutions for servers running Microsoft Windows.  All of its products are developed in Delphi.  As of November 2011, its product list includes WebHub, Rubicon, IIS Backup and RemBoot.

HREF Tools sponsors two key Delphi-related websites: the Delphi Super Page Search Engine (dsp.href.com) and Code News Fast (www.CodeNewsFast.com).  HREF Tools also hosts version control for the Delphi-JEDI open-source development group.
