My name is Sue Heintze and I have been working on getting myself to my ideal weight and fitness for years. This is why I have now created the perfect 12 week plan so that I can help others to follow my lead. You have to learn to there is light at the end of the tunnel and I am right here waiting to offer it to you.
I have learned so much over the years, how different foods and training programs affect different people - what works, what doesn’t. I can now pass on to others the knowledge I have gained and do what I really love to do - help others achieve their fitness and physique dreams, whatever they may be.
