Ron Phipps is the broker and a principal for Phipps Realty of Warwick, Rhode Island, served as the President of the National Association of REALTORS® for 2011. He has been interviewed and featured in an innumerable amount of national news sources including CBS Nightly News, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, CNN Money, and many others. Locally, besides appearing often in The Providence Journal, Ron and Matt Phipps created Rhode Island’s Real Estate Minute in conjunction with ABC6 news and COX Communications. He is an active member of FIABCI and AREA.

Wayne E. Carroll is the President and Principal of The Jason Corporation/MPMI, a real estate investment company that purchases office buildings, retail properties, land and medical office buildings, both domestically and internationally. He has been a member of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) for nine years. In 2007 Wayne was honored with the FIABCI-USA Medal of Honor. Wayne is past president of the FIABCI U.S.A., 2010 and was honored with the FIABCI INTERNATIONAL Medal of Honor, in May of 2011.

Robert Koch, A.I.A., is a principal of the architectural firm of Fugelberg and Koch located in Winter Haven, Florida (Orlando). He is considered, by many, to be one of America’s leading architects, based upon his broad visions and extraordinary ability to communicate in both individual and group settings, on a wide range of topics. In 2009 he, with the endorsement of the US State Department and Department of Commerce, conducted a series of seminars designed to encourage the investment of foreign capital in the USA. He is the primary author of the primer “Investing in America”.

Barry Beitler is the founder of TCN Beitler Commercial Real Estate Services, serving the Greater Los Angeles Area. His company is the region’s top independent commercial firm and specializes in sales, leasing and management. With over 100 employees, the company is very active and knowledgeable in the EB-5 program, permitting foreign investors to earn Green Cards. He is a member of FIABCI, International Real Estate Federation, and a member of AREA.

Carl A. Bosse is the founder of Associated Realty of the Americas (AREA) a highly regarded real estate referral network, consisting of hand selected members from throughout North America and the world. A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, Carl was part of the team that created the “Shelter Plan” in Mexico, and also allowed for foreign ownership through Bank Trusts within Mexico’s prohibited zones.

George R. Harvey, Jr. is Owner/Broker of The Harvey Team, a luxury resort real estate brokerage, located in Telluride, Colorado. He is also an expert in buying and selling land and ranches. He was the President of the Colorado Association of Realtors in 2010 and has served on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors for several years. Currently, George is the 2012 Chair for NAR Resort & Second Home Committee, representing 150,000 Realtors in that market niche. He is also an active member of AREA.


Ken Libby is the managing Broker of Stowe Realty and has been a member of the Vermont Commercial Investment Board of Realtors since the early 1980's, served as their President in 2000 and was named their Realtor of the Year in 2000, 2003 and 2012. He served as President of that organization in 2003 and was the state Realtor of the Year in 2003. In 2006 he was the National Association of Realtors (NAR) chairman for their Resort & Second Homes Committee and, in 2007, he was the NAR Regional Vice President for Region 1 (New England).

Gordon McDermott is the president of Auracom Corporation, a translation and cultural training corporation, and brings nearly two decades of international business experience to client engagements.
