The Mileage Book Generator designed to generate random set of vehicle Mileage Book records, based on your preferences.
The aim of this project is to provide self-employers, entrepreneurs and organizations with simulated Mileage Book data to test their own bookkeeping software and procedures.
To generate the Mileage Book record set you need to enter:
In 'Common Data':
* Start date and end date of the report
* Start and end mileage readings
* The vehicle business usage ratio in per-cents
In 'Business Days':
* List of your business days
In 'Destinations':
* List of your driving destinations
* Driving distance range (min and max) for each destination
* Frequency of trips to each destination
Then just click on 'Generate Report' and receive E-mail with generated report in your mailbox. The report will be in CSV format, you can upload it into Windows Excel, any editor or other your favorite software.
