About

About:
Kathrine Zeren is a Houston, Texas native with a BFA in Apparel Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.  After several years of working as designer for larger retailer, she decided to take time off for volunteering and missions related work in Eastern Europe and South Africa.

Making neckties as a way to raise money to pay for her trip seemed like a fun challenge to Kathrine at the time.  She had never ventured into designing menswear, but had always looked to it for inspiration in her womenswear designs, loving the quality of fabrics and attention to detail that often isn't present in womenswear.

Deciding to turn this hidden dream into a reality, Kathrine was inspired by companies like Warby Parker who have championed socially conscious business practices by streamlining production in a way which enables high quality products to be offered at an affordable price.

Misson:
Kathrine Zeren is a strong believer in paying attention to even the smallest of details, both in design and in business.  She believes that things should be done the right way, even if it's not the easiest.
