There are four people involved in our certified Green Homes. Ken Black founder/president, Eugene Ji/vice-president international consultant, Tom Pittman-Company civil engineer, Barry Perin-Construction trainer and seminar speaker.
We have over 75 years combined construction experience from small jobs to a billion dollar projects. We have worked for five years to develop a design for the future but available now. This construction is energy efficent (savings of 70%), termite proof and metal Steel insulated panels with metal frame construction limits fire damage.
The floor Joist and roof trusses are made of light weight galvanized metal. This shell package includes floor, ext walls, roof, windows and doors installed. This pacage can be erected within 7 working days on most level lots. Then the owner can either have a sub contractor complete to their specifications or complete it with the help of friends or helpers. Every part of this package can be carried by two people.
