Formerly Menard's Investigative Services, LLC, the new management and agency will be more diversified and will handle more cases than ever before. Kirk Menard is former manager of Menard's Investigative Services, LLC. Mr. Menard is an approved instructor of the 40 hour private investigation course mandated by the State Board of Private Investigator Examiners.
