About

Living Well 4 Life, LLC is a holistic health practice that helps women improve their health by following simple principles that result in living a happier, healthier and more satisfying life.  It is my belief that every woman has been uniquely created to live well.  Living well is about achieving balance in four areas:  body, mind, spirit and finances.  When one of these areas is out of balance, your life tends to be out of balance.

I received my training as a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.  During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

In addition, I studied at Rutgers University and earned my graduate degree in Clinical Social Work and obtained an outstanding foundation in clinical science.   I am elated to share that I am a retired military veteran from the United States Air Force.  While in the military, I served as an instructor and fitness training leader, teaching college courses on stress management, fitness, health and spiritual and mental fitness.

My education and experience have equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.  Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with women from all backgrounds to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
