Longevity Wellness Resort Monchique is a $50 million condo hotel development that focuses on people who are looking for a place to actively experience their independence and maintain a resort-style life.

The four-star, nine-acre condo hotel resort is located in a lush area with 83% of the property marked as protected natural reserve.

The 195-unit development will be made up of 17 apartment buildings and two other buildings that will contain hotel facilities, services and amenities.

Located in Monchique, Portugal, Longevity Wellness Resort is in the heart of the county’s Algarve region, which is considered one of the world’s best golf destinations.  In fact, it is just minutes from championship golf courses and beautiful beaches.  It’s THE Portugal hot spot that’s just right for ownership.

Owners of condo hotel units will have an option to participate in the rental program and still use their residence up to three months per year. Owners who do not participate in the program may use their unit year-round.

Each one-bedroom condo hotel unit comes pre-wired for modern conveniences such as cable, internet and phone and has a private balcony that can be upgraded to an optional garden balcony.

Construction on Longevity Wellness Resort Portugal has already begun and is expected to last until July of 2009.
