Ms. Johnston received her law degree from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She also holds a certificate from the Comparative and International Law Institute. Ms. Johnston received her Masters in International Business (M.B.A.) from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris, France and the George Washington University School of Business Management and Public Policy in Washington, D.C.
