The Lycurgus Group provides educational and investigative services to Institutions facing significant allegations of wrongdoing in college athletics, including infraction investigations and high-profile student-athlete eligibility matters. The Lycurgus group combines the perspective of experienced law enforcement investigators with staff experience dealing with compliance issues to assist Institutions in avoiding problems and, if necessary, crafting a strategic response to allegations.  

The Lycurgus Group is a privately held company with its principal place of business in Columbus, Ohio. Members of the Lycurgus Group include former high ranking law enforcement officers and  attorneys who have served as prosecutors and in other government positions.  The Lycurgus Group’s NCAA Compliance Team includes investigators, administrators, and attorneys with significant experience dealing with the NCAA.
