Max the Shelter Dog

Max the Shelter Dog is dedicated to teaching children animal compassion through an array of thought-provoking and fun books.

Since 2006, Max has been delighting the hearts of children and adults and inspiring them to take action and adopt a shelter dog.

Max the Shelter Dog publishes children's books about animal compassion with many different characters such as Max himself, Willamena the Rescue Mouse, Baboo the Elephant and more.

Max's mission will always be to raise awareness about shelter dogs and kindness to all animals.
