Margaret Pritchard Houston is an American author living in London.  Her poetry and fiction have appeared in Prime Number, On Earth as It Is, Floorboard Review, Clean Sheets, Interrobang, The Monarch Review, The Mom Egg, and Fourth River.  In 2008, her play, Alexander, received four-star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.  The first part of the Merry Requiem trilogy, a series of novels based on the life of Victor Hugo, is now available as an ebook, published by Smashwords.  As a children’s worker in the church of England, she writes regularly for Diocesan and national audiences, and has a non-fiction book, There is a Season: celebrating the church year with children, coming out with SPCK in the spring of 2013.
