Millie Liang joined Bayleys in September 2010, having built an extensive network of buyers and vendors during her eight years as a commercial sales and leasing broker in Auckland.

A fluency in both the spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese has proved invaluable in assisting Millie provide solutions in meeting the requirements of her vendors, investor and tenant clients.

These transactions spanned the full spectrum of commercial sales and leasing in Auckland from small shops to large format retailers specialising in clothing, fashion accessories, computer/electronics, health and beauty, Asian supermarkets, food service and hospitality.

Millie launched the retail sales campaign of the highly successful off-the-plan sell down of the $25 million “Queens Court” retail development, comprising 60 freehold investment properties at 370 Queen Street in Auckland's CBD.

In less than 12 weeks she achieved $20.66 million in sales utilising her extensive network of both local and international contacts.

Other notable transactions in the Auckland Central precinct include the $3.8 million sale of a four-level commercial building in Hobson Street, with the new owner adding two levels and converting the building into a serviced apartment and penthouse complex, with the ground floor retail space being designed and leased to a supermarket by Millie.

Currently Millie is leading the marketing campaign for the lease of 90 retail outlets know as “Queens Market” at 239 Queen Street and the sale of the 7 level retail & office building at 10 High Street.
