Mind SHIFT Boot Camp is an indoor/outdoor boot camp class that specializes in starting the workout with power affirmations, enduring a fun, safe and effective exercise routine and cools down with stretching and a moment of gratitude.

There are hundreds of trainers, fitness classes and gyms etc. in the Metro Atlanta area that are really great and effective. So what makes this class stand out from all the rest? LaShawn, the trainer, specializes in helping people shift their minds so their bodies will follow.

Everyone knows that they can do better when it comes to their health and wellness, but how many of us do the right things consistently? Not many! Why? Some of the excuses commonly used include time, money and motivation. However, when we really want something we find a way to make things happen. This class is for everyone who's ready to stop making excuses and just do it!

Every class begins with approximately 3 minutes of power affirmations to get the mind ready for a fun, challenging workout and set the tone for a fabulous day. Skipping, jumping rope, jogging and other cardio intense exercises  accompany light weight lifting and body-weight resistant routines. All fitness levels are welcome; modified versions of each exercise will be provided for beginners.
