Motif among the 10 BPO companies in the World rated at PCMM Maturity Level 3

Motif India Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is now one of the 10 BPO companies in the world to be appraised and rated at Maturity Level 3 of the People Capability Maturity Model® (PCMM®). It is also the first BPO company in Gujarat to achieve this milestone.
The PCMM® framework defines the maturity of an organization’s people-related processes and practices. The key process areas of Maturity Level 3 of the framework address the identification of the organization's competencies, and align its people management activities to them.
This appraisal entailed a rigorous evaluation of 13 process areas that covered 291 people practices. Commenting on the appraisal, Parul Mehta, Site Head of Motif India Infotech Pvt. Ltd. said, “Motif has always been a people-driven organization; we have been ranked amongst the Top 10 BPO companies to work for in India, for three consecutive years (2004 – 2006) by IDC-Dataquest’s ‘Employee Satisfaction Survey’. The appraisal team, led by SEI authorized lead appraiser Mr. Rajesh Naik of QAI India Ltd., completed its appraisal on March 22, 2011 using the SCAMPISM Class A appraisal method of the Software Engineering Institute, Pittsburgh.
