AmeriSpec Inspection Services provides inspection in the state of New Jersey. We have been in business since 1998 and Rich Roshak is the owner/operator. He is a licensed New Jersey home and building inspector. Rich also has construction experience dating back to 1974. We offer a variety of services including radon testing and infrared energy scans. We provide home inspections for home buyers, pre-listing inspections, new construction and warranty inspections.
