Dr. Michael Vold has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin (1963), a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University Dental School (1967) and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law (1980).

He served as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force and taught as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry. Dr. Vold has lectured nationally to many dental groups and has been an active member of numerous dental and legal organizations. These include:

Chicago Dental Society  -  Life Member
American Equilibration Society  -  Life Member and former President
Chicago Bar Association
Dr. Vold has received many honors and awards, including Fellowship in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He was the Dental Coordinator for the State of Illinois, Department of Professional Regulation from 1980 to 2003.
Dr. Vold is married to Michele and has three married sons and three grandsons.
