Padda Restaurant Group (PRG) is driving force for some of St. Louis’ top restaurants such as Café Ventana, Chuy Arzola’s, Sanctuaria and the soon-to-be Hendricks BBQ.  St. Louis’ serial entreprenauers Ami Grimes and Gurpreet Padda are the owners.
