Pencil Bugs Plus was the creation of young entrepreneur, Jason O'Neill, when he was just 9 years old. Pencil Bugs were a handcrafted colorful, bug-like pencil topper that were sold between 2005 and 2011 until O'Neill decided to move on to other ventures.
