The People-ontheGo concept was envisioned in early 2000, initially as a result of informal discussions with colleagues on the topic of productivity in the new "digital" age. Several insights were gained and the magnitude of the challenges surrounding e-mail and its impact on corporate productivity were recognized. This process was transformed into a comprehensive and structured research that included surveys, interviews, and focus groups, with individuals and teams from leading Silicon Valley organizations. Today the People-OntheGo network of associates provide a broad range of training, coaching, consulting, and technical services and continue to pioneer the work in e-mail efficiency and effectiveness as well as the concept of total organization.
