About

With the business year of 2011 ahead of us, it's a good idea to plan ahead with a networking strategy. The Oyster Club is fast establishing itself as a perfect combination of business and social networking. The change of venue to Pearl in Holborn has been very well received and the luxurious surroundings has elevated the event to an even higher standard and really does round off the month in the most sumptuous style. In order to maintain the high standards and to cover the administrative costs, The Oyster Club now charges a very reasonable fee of £10 + vat.

We've been working hard and getting really creative,  now The Oyster Club has now expanded to include so much more.

The Cultured Pearl Club is an arts based salon style social club for professionals. If you have ever fancied an art or history lecture but have worried that it would be unaccessible or too dry, now is your perfect opportunity to try something altogether more laid back and fun whilst still informative. Come and meet other professionals for some relaxed networking with a little culture thrown in. Give it a go, what do you have to lose? The evening format is based around a changing theme. Last month, we had an open conversation about late eighteenth century London. Everyone had a fact or two to contribute and we dined on casual bowl fool food whilst washing it down with a glass or two of wine. This month, we have Professor R Dutt leading an open conversation on the theme of "The Dandy." We will  be exploring what made these creative men live on the edge of society and what impact they still have on us today.

The Black Pearl Club is an executive level dinner in a private dining room at Home House, Portman Square. If you think your current networking standards could do with an upgrade, this club is most definitely for you. Try the subtle and elegant approach of peer to peer networking in the sophisticated surroundings of one of London's finest houses. Last month we were wonderfully well entertained by mezzo-soprano Ellie Moran and enjoyed a superb Christmas feast. Our next meeting, scheduled on Thursday 3rd February looks set to be just the perfect start to elevating your standard of connections and starting the year as you mean to go on. This month, we welcome back international speaker and published author, Malcolm Levene as our special guest and speaker. "I help people to develop an authentic Personal Brand, a brand that represents their values, passions and what they stand for. Corporate clients include Prudential, Volvo, Bank of New York Mellon, Tesco and B.P. Private clients have included, Tony Blair, Alastair Campbell, Michael Gove MP and Emma Thompson. I'm the co-author of two self-development books, both published in the UK and the USA."

The Seed Pearl Club. On Wednesday 9th February take the opportunity to kick start your day amongst like minded professionals.  Our special guest & speaker will be Sexual psychotherapist Shanta Gyanchand. With the month of February and Valentine's Day looming, what could be better than to listen to an insightful talk on sensuality in all it's forms? The enchanting Shanta is a most sought after speaker and I expect this breakfast to be hugely popular, so book early to avoid disappointment.
