About

Our purpose is to enable the US, its organizations and all Americans to generate and maintain the maximum economic strength and sustained economic health. The U.S. economic decline is a result of inability to compete in the world marketplace and began shortly after the end of WWII. By the 1980s our competitive problems were already becoming major economic and national defense concerns. A U.S. intelligence community program, Project Socrates, developed and deployed a system during the Reagan administration to address this general decline in ability to compete. The Socrates "automated innovation" system propelled the U.S. past the Soviet Union militarily to end the Cold War and regained the microelectronics industry from Japan creating millions of computer related jobs for a decade. Unfortunately incoming President George H. W. Bush abolished Project Socrates for political reasons and the U.S., once again, began a slow but quickening competitive and subsequent economic decline.
Today Project Socrates has been resurrected in an upgraded version as the centerpiece for Operation U.S. Forward.
Operation U.S. Forward is not a traditional business venture and cannot be compared as one. To achieve its purpose, Operation US Forward is a nationwide operation that impacts literally all businesses, academia, capital market institutions, labor and government from the largest organizations, public and private, to the individual level. It has been described as a “well orchestrated movement” necessary to transition the US from financial-based to technology-based planning complete with structure, process and tools. Supported by federal legislation, Operation US Forward provides all institutions of the US economic system with the capability to achieve competitive advantage in any market at will and sustain it indefinitely.
Operation US Forward system and tools are the foundation for all isolated US business ventures, industry wide initiatives and geographically targeted initiatives such as state economic development programs. As the foundation, Operation US Forward system and tools provide the basis and guidance for all other planning and execution activities. The Automated Innovation system provides the mechanisms to systematically shift the US back to technology-based planning abandoned after WWII by the U.S. but embraced by our most astute competitors.
Socrates Generation-3 Automated Innovation was specifically designed as the solution to address the competitive threats to the U.S., militarily and commercially. The deployment of System Socrates and tools engages planners and decision-makers occupying every economic sector in technology-based planning via automated innovation.
The US deployment plan is to implement state-by-state. A not-for-profit organization has been set up in Texas to fund deployment projects. The non-profit will work with a "National Commission" to identify and acquire resources, generate media coverage and leverage political, business, academic and capital assets.
"Foundation Workshops" provide initial and ongoing education to engage and sustain the economic system transition from financial to technology-based planning. The first phase of education consists of leadership workshops to orient leaders and influencers in the shift from financial to technology-based planning, all of the elements involved in the shift and leadership roles in the transition and ongoing operation.
The second phase of workshops target “users”. Many leaders and influencers as well as non-leader users will be in this audience. All users, leadership and non-leadership, must have a detailed orientation on the system to enable them to properly use it but also have a mental grasp of the need for a shift to technology-based planning, symbiotic deployment, the implementation plan development process and user roles throughout transition and ongoing routine operation. These workshops help speed the acceptance of a different way to operate, the transition to the process, system tools and symbiotic deployment.
An implementation plan guides trained transition teams within each organization in resynchronizing economic and operational system functions to accommodate technology-based planning via automated innovation and symbiotic deployment, “the solution”.
