The Pudding Compartment

The Pudding Compartment is an award-winning artisan bakery based in Abergele, North Wales, producing a range of high quality puddings, cheesecakes, cakes and cupcakes.
Everything is made by hand in our family-run business, with the emphasis on quality, attention to detail.
Local ingredients are used wherever possible, such as local free-range eggs, Welsh butter, milk and cream.
We sell our products via a network of farm shops and delis across the UK and direct to the public at food festivals and country shows.
We have recently opened The Cupcake Compartment at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, Ellesmere Port, selling our full range of cupcakes, puddings and cheesecakes, as well as espresso coffee and luxury Belgian hot chocolate.
