On this day, carne to be heard the Notice of Partial Dismissal. The Court finds
that this Notice of Dismissal should be GRANTED.
It is therefore Ordered that Plaintiffs claims against Defendant R. Clay
Etheridge are dismissed with prejudice with each party bearing its own costs.
It is further Ordered that this partial dismissal does not affect Plaintiffs claims
against the remaining Defendants.
