Rainier Lodging was formed in 2011 by Kevin and Melissa Harwood, owners of four successful Mount Rainier vacation rental properties since 2005. After self-managing their rental cabins for six years, the Harwoods created Rainier Lodging to offer their management expertise to other area vacation rental owners.  Rainier Lodging is a team of experienced management professionals with in-depth knowledge of the Ashford, Washington vacation rental market, a focus on customer service, and a proven track record of maximizing bookings.

Rainier Lodging manages seven properties: Three Bears Lodge, Lazy Bears Creekside Cabin, Little Bears Cabin, The Dancing Bear Lodge, Cedar Cabin on the Creek, Starry Nights by the Creek, and Coho Cabin.

These award-winning properties offer luxury and comfort, with high-end furnishings, fully-equipped kitchens, cozy beds with goose-down pillows and comforters, gas or wood burning fireplaces, washer/dryer, satellite TV/DVD, free WIFI, gas BBQs, private jetted hot tubs, landscaped yards with fire pits, and much more.
