Founded by Sofia Bustamante and Mamading Ceesay, based on their years of experience in the domains of coaching, personal development & entrepreneurship.  Raising Your Game combines neuroscience with powerful tools for change to make it easier and more fun for people to get the most out of their lives and careers.

Sofia and Mamading founded the social enterprise London Creative Labs.  Sofia has won multiple awards for her work with London Creative Labs including being awarded London Leader status by the London Sustainable Development Commission.
