What is it like to work with you?

Red Cup begins a relationship with you with an eye toward the big storyline, so we start by asking big-picture questions and then shape a digital campaign especially for you. Together, we set clear goals about your content, your website, and your social media feeds. As we get into the workflow, we talk on the phone each week for a check in to be sure that we are meeting your expectations. You’ll have access to various ways of monitoring our campaigns online, including our proprietary application, Red Cup Office.

Can you help me decide which kind of content is most important for me?

This is the key to the success of any campaign. We start our work relationships with an assessment to determine your best online channels. We look for the most friction-free and effective way of putting out media that matters to you, that others will enjoy and which gets re-posted frequently. We work with clients on blogs, videos, podcasts, email newsletters, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest feeds, as well as LinkedIn, Quora and Instagram.

If my website needs a fix or a refresh, can you do that?

Absolutely. We want your website to deliver what you need.

How long a time do clients typically work with you?

Most client relationships are six months to a year.

How do I know that we’re getting results?

That depends on the benchmarks we set. If you want more visits to your website because that will bring in more business, we measure that. If you want more influence online, we track how often you are mentioned on Twitter for example, the number of places your blogs or podcasts are reposted, or how often you are quoted in articles.
