Alleging violations of the following and more

(15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) TITLE VIII - Consumer Credit Protection Act
2. 42 U.S. Code § 1985 - Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights

At the present time the man is seeking, one of the following

Appointment of counsel, a constitutional law professor to take the case on as a class project or support from the public to hire a law firm.
