About

Noah Coughlan is a 29 year old Napa Police Academy graduate from Vacaville, CA. In 2011, Noah became just the 222nd individual to ever run across the United States of America , running from the Pacific Ocean in San Diego, CA to the Atlantic Ocean Jacksonville, FL on the 2011 Run for Research. His cause was to help raise awareness for Batten Disease- a rare and terminal brain disease affecting two of his childhood friends Catie and Annie Allio.

In 2013, Noah is attempting to become just the 27th person ever to cross America on foot TWICE. Noah runs again for Batten Disease Awareness – a 3,100 mile Run across America from Half Moon Bay, CA to Boston, MA. This time, Noah is running unsupported with no support crew or vehicle. For the 2nd run, Noah is also running in honor and memory of the late Ryan Rossi, the founder of 20KWatts to help keep Ryan’s dream alive.
