I'm an in home personal trainer serving the majority of Northern Virginia including the cities of: Del Ray, Kingstowne, Shirlington, Alexandria (also Old Town Alexandria) Annandale, Rosslyn, Crystal City, Clarendon, Ballston, Falls Church, Arlington, Sterling, Oakton, Gainesville, Fairfax, Centreville, Vienna, Chantilly, Clifton, Dulles, Stone Ridge, Aldie, Brambleton, South Riding, Herndon, Reston, Tysons Corner, Mclean, Great Falls.

The way this works is if you sign up with me I'd drive to to your home and bring my equipment and train you either two or three times per week for one hour at a time. I'd suggest that you stick to the cardiovascular regimen that I'd outline for you and that you follow the dietary guidelines that I assign to you.

I only train a select few clients at a time so I'm only interested in working with people that are very serious to make their goals a reality.

I love my job. I do it very well and I love having fun doing it. Although I push my clients to their absolute safest limits i strive to keep our workouts fun and entertaining.

So if you're thinking about training with me first ask yourself if this is something that you're absolutely dead set on doing and whether you have the dedication for it all (the workouts/diet/cardio). If not then this probably isn't for you.
