Mr. Monastra spent 2 years as a Senior Manager with Crowe Horwath LLP as a member of the Risk Consulting Services Practice Unit, which provides the following services: Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley Consulting Services, IT Audit, Data Security, Identity & Access Management, Application & Network Security Consulting.

Previously he spent 4 years as a Division Director for Robert Half International, where he developed and managed a $5 million consulting practice servicing mid-cap through Fortune 100 companies. Services provided to clients included: Sarbanes-Oxley support, Internal Audit, and SEC Reporting

Mr. Monastra spent the first 20 years of his career in public accounting as a partner in a regional accounting firm and as a Senior Manager in the Assurance Practice of KPMG.

Mr. Monastra is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University where he received a B.S. in Accounting.
