The Serving Seniors® SCREENED PROVIDER program was created to help consumers differentiate between professionals and service providers who have been screened and background checked for their safety and confidence, and those that may not be as eagerly transparent. Seniors and family caregivers must often rely on print ads or online directories when hiring providers for themselves or a loved one, with little or no real knowledge of the quality or integrity of those providers. This makes the decision making process difficult, stressful and time consuming for seniors and their family members.
