As a seasoned corporate Vice President with Pilgrim, Key Corp, Pimco / Allianz ,and UBS, he has faced many of the same challenges his clients face day in and day out. He has been actively involved in a number of mergers, creating and implementing various corporate wide and divisional strategies. Working in a hyper competitive industry has taught him the value of decision making and problem solving skills. He witnessed first hand the destructive effects poor decisions, management styles, strategies and implementation efforts can have on an organization’s bottom line, productivity and its people.

At Pimco / Allianz he drove sales from $24 million to over 240 million in 4 years by uncovering and solving its problems and penetrating new (profitable) markets and expanding existing businesses.  His performance generate the largest sales increases in the company’s history.

David had 40 business articles (one academic) published in major business journals and magazines both domestically and internationally. He is the founder of the Sink or Swim series of fast, accurate, and to-the point business books. He authored the book Problem Solved-The Secrets of Decision Making and Problem Solving and currently working on his new book Management Skills 101.

He was an executive at three Fortune 500 Companies. David, is a seasoned public speaker and while working in corporate America he gave 4 to 5 presentations per-week to various corporate organizations.
