August is Skin Cancer Awareness Month. Tax Defense Network chose the Moffitt Cancer Center to donate money toward skin cancer awareness, due to its impressive reputation in the cancer research community.

As part of the company's mission to help end childhood cancer by giving supplies to Wolfson Children's Hospital and raising funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tax Defense Network held a company-wide band-aid drive.

Tax Defense Network raised more than $1,000 the last two weeks of June to help the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization that helps veterans lead happier and healthier lives.

Tax Defense Network frequently comes to the aid of non-profit organizations. Tax Defense Network did its part for Autism Awareness Month by helping a local program called Angelwood kick start its new Angelwood Community Explorers program.

Tax Defense Network rose more than $1,000 for the St. Baldrick's Foundation in support of a seven-year-old girl named Lily. TDN employee Jason Slaveski spear-headed the fundraiser and had his head shaven at the famous St. Baldrick's event.

After finding out how many employees were involved in raising funds and awareness for men's health with the Movember cause, Tax Defense Network decided to lend its support.
